KERN OIL Returns to Taft!

We're bringing Kern Oil: The Truth Runs Deep back to the historic Fox Theatre in Taft for another special screening! Join us as we explore the history, people, and importance of Kern County's oil industry — and why keeping oil local matters.

Following multiple film festival selections and awards, we're excited to bring this documentary back to the community where so much of California's oil history began.

Whether you work in the oil industry, have family ties to it, or simply want to learn more about Kern County's history — we'd love to see you there.
